He is an avid reader that likes to study African history and social justice movements. Amari was inspired by the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. to create this coloring book.
Saleem Gilmore, Ed.D. writes children's books under the pen name Dr. AMN. He is a practitioner-scholar that applies research to real time challenges in higher education. Dr. Gilmore operates as a college administrator, adjunct professor, and entrepreneur. Dr. AMN was inspired to create this coloring book as a tool to teach Black History and to remind the next generation of authors, activists, artists, and entrepreneurs that they too can become Giants.
